ABOUT US

Kirsten Schoonmaker Bryant, MA, LCMHC

Over the past twenty four years, I have had the honor of accompanying countless individuals in their journey towards living more authentic and fulfilling lives. As a counselor, my role is to encourage, support and help guide you on your path to wholeness. I believe that we all function based on the beliefs instilled in us at an early age, which are reinforced throughout our childhood and early adulthood. It is when we begin to challenge these “truths” that we experience a great awakening and discover our true selves.

I have worked with individuals of all ages facing various life challenges. However, my passion as a therapist is Couples and Family Counseling. It brings me great personal joy to see relationships mended, strengthened and lived out to their fullest potential.

While my counseling approach is primarily a cognitive-behavioral (thoughts influence behavior) method, treatment plans are designed to meet your specific needs. You will play an active role in establishing treatment goals and developing assignments.

Gray Moulton, LMFT

Therapy doesn’t have to be hard and scary if you’ve found the right person to speak with. I’d be honored if that person were me. Are you having difficulty communicating within struggling with so many things that you don’t know where to begin? Do you just need someone to talk to? My goal is for you to learn how to express yourself in a way that leaves you feeling heard. I want you to understand your worth and know how to move forward in a way that best suits you. I work with individuals, couples and/or families to bring a sense of selves back into their lives.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, accepting environment where my clients feel they can explore their issues without judgement. Acceptance, compassion and even humor are important aspects of my work. Whether you are facing challenges in your personal or professional life, I can help you to reach your goal of living a happier more productive life.

Life changes in the blink of an eye. It can be overwhelming and stressful, resulting in feelings of anxiety, depression and the inability to cope. I am a licensed therapist providing support and guidance through many of life’s challenges. The road to healing can be found within you. I would be honored to help you find the path to feeling better.

I am In Network with BCBS, Cigna, Medcost, UBH and CBHA.
